Neuromorphic Computing Technology: Reflections and Roadmaping

In the Coordination and Support Action project NEUROTECH (https://neurotechai.eu) we aim to support and develop the neuromorphic-computing-technology community in Europe. As part of this support and development, first, we would like to help the community to create an “image”, determining what NCT is, what research fields it embraces, and which other disciplines NCT is connected to or needs to connect to (the “Reflections” part). Second, we need to develop a roadmap for future development of the field, discussing possible and best future applications of NCT and trying to elaborate a set of benchmarks that could measure progress on the way towards them (the "Roadmapping"). We invite all Capo Caccia participants to join us in this fun and creative, but also quite critical for our future and hopefully also inspiring for your own research exercise. We plan to have at least 3 discussion sessions in the second week of the workshop and we aim to produce text and diagrams to populate our NEUROTECH portal (https://neurotechai.eu) and facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/neurotechai/).
