Nengo Tutorial
Due to popular demand, this will be a crash-course introduction to the Nengo software package. We will write Python code to train and simulate a SNN that can learn over time, incorporating both spike timing and synaptic dynamics, while allowing us to view the model at various levels of abstraction. I'll also cover some Neural Engineering Framework (NEF) theory if time permits.
